Domains are the target sites you own or manage. They organize monitoring, imports, metrics, marketplace uniqueness, and notifications.
What domains control
A domain groups backlinks under the website they point to. It is used for dashboard scope, import assignment, marketplace conflict checks, and notification preferences.
Domain status and ownership affect whether links count toward active monitoring and whether marketplace inventory can be considered unique for you.
Domain metrics
Domain Rating and related metrics can be cached and refreshed. Cached values reduce repeated external lookups while still keeping marketplace and monitoring views useful.
If a metric looks stale, use the available refresh controls or ask an operator to inspect the domain metrics queue.
Good setup
Add every target domain before importing links. Set a niche when marketplace recommendations or gap analysis should prefer relevant placements.
Keep deleted or inactive domains out of routine monitoring unless you intentionally want historical data only.
