Dashboard summarizes outreach performance. Contacts stores people and websites. Campaigns runs sequences. Templates hold reusable messages. Activity Log records sends, opens, clicks, replies, and bounces.
Use tabs to move from discovery to campaign execution without leaving the outreach workspace.
Sending safely
Connect sender settings before launching real campaigns. Draft templates carefully and test with a small segment before sending to a large list.
Paused and draft states are useful when a campaign needs review or when sender configuration is not ready.
Tracking and replies
Open and click tracking show engagement, but replies are the strongest signal. Use activity history before sending follow-ups.
Unsubscribes and bounces should stop future sends to that recipient.
