Outreach campaigns, contacts, and templates

Outreach turns backlink opportunities into safe, personalized email sequences or manual contact-form tasks using your own SMTP account.

Main tabs

Dashboard shows launch readiness, performance, and tasks that need attention. Contacts stores email addresses and contact forms. Campaigns runs versioned sequences. Templates hold reusable messages. Activity Log records sends, clicks, replies, bounces, and form submissions.

Start with New Campaign. The guided flow walks through the goal, audience, message, schedule, and a final preflight review before anything can send.

Sending safely

Connect and verify at least one sender under Sender Settings. Each campaign can use a different owned-domain SMTP account; Linkcheck does not add a paid sending provider.

The launch preflight checks the sender, audience, message sequence, target URL, scheduler health, sending days, and timezone. Send yourself a test and start with a small segment.

Sent and queued recipients keep immutable copies of their sequence, sender, addresses, URLs, and tracking choices, so later campaign edits cannot silently change their delivery.

Tracking and replies

Click tracking is optional and open tracking is off by default. Replies, outcomes, and backlink recovery are stronger signals than invisible pixels.

Unsubscribes, complaints, and bounces suppress future sends. Suppressions stay visible and only manually-added suppressions can be restored from the interface.

Contact forms and Gap Analysis

When a site has a contact form but no reliable email, the campaign creates a manual task instead of attempting unsafe automation. Open the form, copy the personalized message, and mark the task submitted or blocked.

Gap Analysis opportunities can be prepared for Outreach in bulk. You can also import a CSV with domain, email, contact_form_url, name, notes, target_url, and source_url columns.
