Link details and recovery actions
The link detail page explains one backlink, including status evidence, recent checks, events, notes, and recovery tools.
When to open a link
Open a link when a row needs diagnosis beyond the table summary: missing evidence, status history, target changes, or manual verification.
The detail view is also where recovery work should be documented so future checks and operators have context.
Evidence and history
Check evidence shows what the worker saw during verification. Backlink events summarize important transitions such as live to missing or missing to recovered.
Use timestamps to distinguish a recent transient fetch issue from a real placement change.
Recovery workflow
If a link is missing, confirm the referring page still exists, check whether the target URL changed, then contact the publisher or seller with the evidence.
After a publisher fixes the placement, queue a manual recheck and watch for the status transition back to live.
