Buyer order views

My Orders lists purchases and current status. Open an order to review messages, delivery evidence, and any required buyer action.

Use the order thread for placement questions so operators and sellers can see the same history.

The order timeline explains the current step, who needs to act, and what happens next without changing the underlying order state.

Order states

Common states include payment pending, payment received, placement pending, placement submitted, verification running, verified, support active, and completed.

Alternative states such as payment failed, disputed, refunded, cancelled, verification failed, and support expired tell you whether the buyer, seller/platform, or LinkCheck needs to act next.

Admin order queue

The admin queue is the operational view for paid orders, fulfillment status, seller coordination, disputes, and marketplace-managed delivery.

Priority and support fields help operators identify orders that need immediate attention.

Support window

Fulfilled marketplace placements can carry a support guarantee. Link Support Monitor focuses on placements still inside that window.

When a supported placement goes missing, use order context and backlink evidence together before deciding the next action.
