Notifications and alert preferences
Notifications tell you about missing links, recovered links, marketplace activity, outreach events, usage warnings, and system updates.
Notification center
The bell shows unread notifications. The Notifications page shows a longer history with read state.
Use notification history when you need to understand when a link changed, when an order updated, or when an alert was already seen.
Preferences
Notification Preferences control email, digest, realtime, quiet-hour, and domain-specific alert behavior.
Domain-specific preferences are useful when one target domain is noisier or more important than the rest of the portfolio.
Noise control
Use quiet hours and digest frequency to reduce alert fatigue. Keep realtime alerts enabled only for events that need immediate action.
If expected alerts do not arrive, check preferences, email settings, and whether the event actually changed state.
Delivery diagnostics
The Notifications page includes a delivery debugger for recent alerts. It summarizes event type, link or domain, severity, delivery channel, preference result, email state, and a plain-English reason.
Diagnostics intentionally avoid raw JSON, email bodies, SMTP details, headers, tokens, stack traces, provider payloads, and other internal secrets.
