Domain metrics diagnostics
Domain Metrics helps admins inspect cached domain ratings, refresh queues, provider behavior, and backoff state.
Metric cache
Cached metrics avoid repeated provider calls for the same domains. The cache is used by monitoring views, marketplace listings, and opportunity review.
Refresh only when stale data affects a real decision; unnecessary refreshes waste quota and can trigger provider limits.
Backoff and failures
Backoff prevents repeated failing refreshes from overwhelming the provider or queue.
If many domains are backed off, inspect provider credentials, network reachability, and recent error logs before clearing state.
